Appointment & Cancellation Policy

  • A $10 deposit is required to book any regular appointment, and it is always non-refundable.
  • At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Up to two reschedules are allowed using the original deposit. A third reschedule requires a new $10 deposit.
  • Arriving more than 5 minutes late is treated as a no-show and forfeits the deposit.
  • No-shows forfeit the deposit and require a new deposit to book again.
  • VIP members keep their 48-hour cancellation policy.
